Method

Brew the espresso or coffee using any preferred method.
Heat the milk on the hob or in the microwave. Do not let the milk come to a boil.
Melt the white chocolate in the milk.
Pour coffee into a serving mug, add the melted chocolate and a little melted ice cream.
