Cinnamon Cream Mocha Coffee

Rich chocolate mocha with a subtle aroma of vanilla and cinnamon. The mix of two types of chocolate with aromatic coffee creates a remarkable taste trio. The drink has a creamy softness and spicy aftertaste due to the milk infused with cinnamon and vanilla.

Method
  1. Break both types of chocolate into small pieces and melt in the microwave or over a bain-marie. Tip! Stir the chocolate regularly to prevent it from burning.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate into a saucepan and add a cinnamon stick.
  3. Pour milk into the melted chocolate. Bring to a boil, stir, and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Brew an espresso or coffee in your preferred method.
  5. Pour the prepared coffee into a serving glass and add the chocolate milk and vanilla extract.
  6. Garnish the drink with whipped cream on top.
  7. Optional, sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
